Cass is a great instructor. I find sculpt classes to be incredibly challenging, but she helps keep me motivated and get a great workout.

Taylor is a phenomenal teacher, great energy. The studio is spacious, modern, bathrooms are clean. And classes are always the best packed hour of workout!
