Rosedale has become, by far, my favorite studio in the MSP area. Great teachers. Small, clean, NO DRAMA, gossip or insidery cliques. I love it there. Terrific instruction. Jen, Kelsey, Arianna, Ava, Olivia. All great.

It’s not a competition. I’m the oldest person in the class (always). But I’m always comfortable with it. I don’t have to keep up with the younger participants because you’re just there to do YOUR OWN practice. Get er done! ❤️

I attended sculpt and C2. Both classes were an awesome workout and also the instructors were excellent. Sculpt with Raquel was fun & challenging. Scarlett with C2 was exactly what I needed to clear my head and challenge my yoga practice. She has a very calming/motivating voice and gives options for more advanced moves.

Would love to see the core workout parts integrated more through out. Like maybe core section in the earlier part of class and later again near the end.
