Took Jonathan’s sculpt class this morning and I always leave feeling energized and strong. The motivation I get during class to challenge myself always encourages me to try something new; whether it’s a new pose, to grab those heavier weights, or to push myself for an extra rep. I’ve been coming to corepower for over 10 years and the super friendly and great staff is the reason I keep coming back! Thank you for all the positive experiences!!
I love how clean the Rosedale studio is! Brett did an amazing job at building a class that was accessible and balanced so everyone could keep going. His music was also so fun!

Ashley was simply amazing. Her classes are so dynamic and unique and always a good workout. Her music is fire honestly. Her classes burn every body part and every class of hers I’ve been to she’s had engaging and interesting exercises. 100% would recommend, best sculpt instructor ever.
