Student Testimonials
Excellent space for practice, great team and very clean!!! Not over packed
Great location, quaint studio, clean
I love the Rosedale studio and it is so convenient to my house! I am really disappointed to see that the schedule is dwindling and there are barely and sculpt classes on the schedule right now. I’m hoping this improves as I frequent the sculpt classes at Rosedale!
Great instructor - easy to park - great class
Great location and teachers!
I have really liked how welcoming the front desk and instructors are! I am really out of shape and it was a big mental game to get myself back out there. I am so glad I found this studio!
Great location and friendly staff, easy to find parking.
Clear and enthusiastic cues from the teacher.
I love everything about Rosedale Core Power Yoga. The instructors are friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable; the studio is clean never overcrowded; and, parking is easily accessible. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!
Kari H. was a glowing instructor. So easy to follow. Adjustments improved my flex strength. My best mood after. I would totally recommend C1 class at Corepower Rosedale. (heated too!) Noelle
I took my first class this past Saturday, Yoga Sculpt, and it was absolutely everything I hoped and was looking for! The instructor was wonderful and the overall studio atmosphere was really welcoming.
Nice studio, very clean.
Place was clean, teacher/manager very nice
I love my Sunday morning Core Restore with Natalie! She is a positive and gentle teacher. It truly does leave me feeling restored and ready for the week ahead. I tell everyone I know who feels frazzled or rushed to go to Core Restore with Natalie on Sunday’s . She brings me peace every week!
Multiple locations in the Twin Cities are convenient. Although I have favorites, all the teachers are consistently good. My favorite class is C2. I like that it has a consistent format but each teacher designs their own series so you always have something familiar and also something unexpected. Keeps it interesting!
So happy you offer both C1 and C1 Heated, especially on the weekends! I wish my “home” studio did!
I already recommend CorePower. My latest experience was different than I had expected. After about 30 mins into the heated session, I suddenly was not feeling well, felt lightheaded and weak several times during the practice, was not able to tolerate the heated session like I used to be able to do. The Instructor Rachel was wonderfully supportive and non-judgemental when I had to take child's pose and was unable to participate in all the poses, and she helped me feel less worried when leaving the studio. There are multiple reasons why I was not feeling well and had heat and activity intolerance. Rachel recommended that I try on-line instruction and also non-heated C1 classes when I am ready. Although there was only two students in the class that night, I felt less embarrassed of myself because Rachel was so kind and professional. Thank you Rachel and CorePower Yoga! Hoping to be back again in a non-heated class soon!

I love Kathie and Raquel! Their classes are so fun and creative! I wish there were more weekend Sculpt classes at Rosedale. Sunday late morning??
I love the easy going atmosphere and easy to get to location. The teachers are always establishing nice vibes in class.
Easy parking, prepared instructor, great music, clean studio, great workout!
I love Core Power in Roseville! I always feel welcome and valued. It’s like a little family.
Abby, mother of dragons, is a goddess.
The studio is very friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean. Core Power classes are challenging, restorative and dependable. I know I'm always going to get a good session when I go to a CP class!

Loved the staff and the class, but the dressing room situation (small, no place to set things while changing, doorway somewhat open to passersby, which causes there to be less space to change), and clueless customers who cover the one tiny bench with their mats (hello, they can stand them on the floor or leave them outside the dressing room…) are annoying.
