Client Testimonials
I loved the Intro yo Barre class given by Carly. As a new client, I feel much more comfortable choosing the best classes for my goals, and just walking in for the first time. I was made to feel very welcome!
Inclusive and friendly staff and instructors! Classes are great!
Hands on, PT based, as well as the fact that it strength training in addition to stretching.
Great studio with an awesome kids’ room. Excellent exercise method and instructors. Plenty of convenient class times.
Sophia is the best! I like her music and the way she teaches class. She counts down and lets you know what’s next. She has great energy and is very nice. She knows some really funny Dad jokes!
The nicest people work there. So friendly and inviting.
The community feeling I get when I come.
I love the classes!
Love Kelly. Wish she taught more often!!
Classes offered; overall consistent teaching techniques. Friendly, family-like atmosphere.
Friendly staff. Clean studio. Inspiring and uplifting environment. Classes kick butt!
Essential oil towels at end of work out, ease of booking classes (app)
Downside— same classes seem to get waitlisted before you have a chance to book.
Friendly and welcoming. Caters to all levels. Excellent teachers!
I have recommended you to TON'S of people since the very first class I attended!
I have always been a cardio junkie so I'm crazy about the spin work out and enjoy the challenge of being pushed out of my comfort zone...I find these spin classes are always difficult enough to do that.
Great instruction, friendly atmosphere, clean premises, convenient location, it hits all the check points!
I always look forward to my next class:)

TDM’s instructors, classes, and the community are the best! I have been attending barre and cycle classes for years and still love the way I feel after completing a class. The owner does the best job communicating and seeking feedback from her clients.
Instructors are the best!
Dear Stacie and Team: I love EVERYTHING - except the frequent and inconveneint (for me, cvertainly, but for others as well) changes we have seen to schedules over the last year. It seems kind of unending. I think many people get into a routine that allows us to make our class schedule while meeting other requirements. I realize there are many at the studio who have more flexible time because even the heavy responsibilities of child care without a regular work schedule may enable one to get to classes during the middle of the day, for example, which is just not possible for those of us who work. I suspect that is a substantial number.
I realize from what you have told me that many people wanted 6 a.m. cardio. Okay, but then to have the noon class taken away on TW (now T/Th) has been another unwelcome change. I have heard others who are unhappy about both these changes, but obviously we must be in a minority. I do know, though, that for many years after the studio opened - and even after we started incorporating interval then the other cardio classes - we were able to keep a very busy 6 a.m. class that was either barre or express bar. I really miss that.
I am trying very hard to get back into a daily Dailey, but I don't think there is any way I can without a go-to 6 a.m. class. If I can';t make a 6 a.m. class, I am almost always out of town, so I can't make any other classes, either. This is particulary important during challenges which I use to motivate me to get in every day, but I often just can't if I don't get my class in first thing in the a.m.
Anyway, I know you are doing all you can to make everyone happy. But I have heard many people comment that the repeated changes have inconvenienced them and they cannot get into a routine. If you look back over the frequent changes made over the last year, you may understand why.
Just wanted you to know - thx for ujnderstanding, and I know you must do the best for the most people. But whatever you do, I think you should hold still longer and not make as many changes. :-) First name removed

I actually look forward to 45 minutes of cardio with the cycle classes. I love how well barre compliments spin. This is a really awesome studio.

Everyone was so personable and friendly. Really made me feel welcome and the class was awesome! Would definitely recommend to friends and I will be back :) LOVE IT! & love the community!
Love the classes though I wish there was an afternoon/evening cycle on Friday’s. Instructors are great. Everything is clean and well maintained. Most importantly it’s an effective workout. Cardio and strength, what more do you need.
Kyle, Gemma and Kat are absolutely fantastic instructors. They are all so encouraging and kind. Kyles end of class meditation is so genuine and thoughtful; I look forward to it every week. Kira is also fun and enjoyably challenging.
I love the Dailey method and the Ottawa studio. Sarah and Jamie have created a wonderful and welcoming space. I look forward to every class and really would go every day if I could. All the instructors are amazing- so helpful and encouraging. I really can’t say enough good things! Best exercise place ever!
Convenience to my home. Great teachers and community within the class.
