I like the class and the location (convenient for me). I do think that you should bring back an early morning sat class (6:30 am!!)
Classes are no impact and fun! The staff and community at TDM Wheaton are truly phenomenal. I've made friends, gotten stronger, improved my cardiovascular health, and flexibility. I love their focus on safety and functional stability.

The classes are small so they are personal and you get modifications if needed for your level. The staff are extremely accommodating, even remembering me when I took a 2 year break!

I love the beautiful, caring instruction from wonderful teachers, the sweet space itself feels like a home away from home, and my body loves working out in this lovely studio. (As a side note, I would Love it if more gentle or basic classes were added.)
Great space and accoutrements. I wish you had another studio in the space for spin classes, like the Berkeley site.
I have been coming to the Dailey Method in Arden Park for close to 5 years now. I love the workout, the positive instructors, the community, and the convenience to Arden Park! When I attend classes regularly I feel stronger and leaner and better able to get through long days as a surgeon. During classes I get lots of personal attention without being yelled at or pressured.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Classes are fun and the community is awesome.
