I like the atmosphere and vibe overall plus total body workout. I feel stronger (and sometimes in pain!) the next day and know its working to make me stronger.
I tried a number of 'barre' type classes and studios in the area and have settled on Daley as I feel the most comfortable and welcomed there. I am not a super fit person and I am not young. I like that there is generally a mix of ages and abilities and we can all do our best with modifications to challenge ourselves or adapt the routines for our own needs. I appreciate the instructors attention as well.
Teachers are better trained than at other barre studios I’ve been to...better at giving cues and fixing alignment on students. Music is better than other studios.
Studio is clean and has a calm, pleasant vibe to it.

The cycle class is non-competitive with positive encouragement. It has a series of challenges, from warm-up, to intervals, to a hill, to arm weights. And then a meditative ride and a final push. It is a full body workout with people of all variety of fitness levels.

The Dailey Method is one place that I really need to focus and all other worries of the day are forgotten. The instructors are great and are always tweaking your positions to get maximum benefits. My flexibility and balance have improved immensely!

Typically very full and non-stop 60 minutes of well orchestrated workout that is an excellent compliment to most any other workout.
Teachers are passionate and focused on teaching-- not a distracted approach.
Most (not all) are good enough to focus on form and non-stop corrections to help insure you are in proper use of getting most out of each exercise.
If a teacher or class isn't going well, the owner /Rebecca cares and works positively to help get fixed.
