Kaitlin is fantastic every time. in skill and service. Service is great with everyone but the waxing skills are not so great with all.

I love that NKD is a Salon committed to mostly waxing treatments only. It is comforting to know that the therapists working there have endless experience in that particular field, as they aren’t jumping between hairdressing, nail treatments and other regular salon duties throughout the day, unlike in many other salons that offer waxing amongst other treatments. The therapists I have been treated by have always been super quick, understanding of any personal needs and extremely friendly. I also like how the music in the therapy rooms are not your classic spa ocean sounds but instead are chart playlists. I’ve recommended many friends here, and even though I have moved out of Nottingham, I still commit to having my wax treatments only at NKD.
