The girls at NKD make you feel really comfy in a naturally quite awkward situation when undergoing intimate waxing! They keep conversation running and are very precise with their work - which is exactly what you want when paying for a wax! I’ve had waxes where you go home with missed patches, where as at NKD the wax has always been perfect! The hot wax itself is 10 X better than strip wax so I love that NKD use hot wax!

3 for 2 service for maintenance is very handy

Superb professionalism from my therapist, lovely lady whose name was Jen I think. I’m terrible at remembering names.
At the end of my wax I said that it was almost like going out for coffee with a friend!
