Really professional across the whole service, so much so, that I don’t mind who it is who does my appointment! They all do a wonderful job.

The ladies are friendly, give clear instructions, are efficient and put me at ease. All things necessary for a good waxing experience.

Receptionist was really friendly and made you feel like you are welcome. The person who waxed me, Sarah, she was lovely and explained what she was doing every important step. At other places I’ve always felt really rushed and like the business only cares about seeing as many people as possible. But at nkd. this wasn’t the case, they made you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole way through.

The salon had a really calming and professional atmosphere which made me feel at ease about the treatment I was about to have. Sarah, my wax therapist was so lovely and really made sure I was comfortable all the way throughout the treatment. I will 100% be going back.

Caitlyn was friendly and professional. The Hollywood was done very quickly with just a small amount of pain compared to other places I’ve been. The lash lift is amazing!
