I am pleased with every aspect of this maid service. Setting up a schedule is easy and when I have to make a change of dates one week, they always find a way to help me out. The communication from the office keeps me clear on when the maids will arrive with a helpful reminder the days before and on the day to know when they are on the way. The team I have of Jessica and Lorena is fantastic! They are so nice and they really listen to any cleaning needs I have or slight changes in cleaning routine a particular week. They are thorough and careful. They clean with attention to detail. They do lovely finishing touches to make my home feel special, as well as clean.
They leave my home clean and smelling fresh. They are respectful of my furrnishings.

I liked that they sent two people versus one. They were very friendly, thorough and efficient. I thought I’ve cleaned my house in the past but they went above and beyond on the initial visit.
I was provided a quote for bi-weekly service within minutes of them completing service. I had another company service my house a week earlier and even though I expressed interest in repeat service I never heard back from them. But I’m so glad they didn’t! I feel Merry Maids is. superior service.

I'm a Registered Nurse with a schedule that rotates and has very little consistency. Having Merry Maids come in helps me keep up with the cleaning to make sure the house has some consistent cleaning and I am not burdened with "catch up" cleaning on my days off and I am able to enjoy them with my family.
