The crew did an excellent job cleaning my home. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because they did not vacuum the rug in the dining room. They also left early (we agreed that 11am would be the cutoff time because I had a doctor's appointment) but they left at 10:50am. Other than that I thank the ladies who did such a marvelous job in a short amount of time.
I am looking forward to them coming back in April.

The gals were polite worked quietly cooperatively and completed the jobs completely. Certain structures had hard water marks and the marks are gone ! I’m very satisfied.

we were most impressed with the team cleaning our house.with 2 dogs in the house there is always dog hair around. they did a great job cleaning that up. we have hard water which makes the shower doors hard to clean. they got rid of the water spots . i enjoyed conversation with the ladies about cleaning supplies and learned what to use on shower doors. . thanks so much

Very east to schedule the cleaning and the people who cleaned were on time and pleasant to work with.
I have found that housekeepers are like a box of chocolates....you never know what you're going to get!!! For example, last month, Gilma and Ismelda did a wonderful job. They scrubbed the bottom of the bath matt so that it looked new again and all of the trash was taken out....even some boxes from Amazon I had broken down and sat by the trashcan. The bed, on the other hand, could have used a little extra attention. This month, Jenn made the bed perfectly but left the trash. (I am disabled and have to put the trash in my car and drive the 100 feet to the dumpster so it's the little things that make a difference, and get noticed, to me.) Thanks for giving me the opportunity to air my feelings.
