Your services are great! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and knowledgeable. No hidden fees on the bill, which I really appreciate. Their products work. Whatever they used, removed dirt, grease and grime. My only critique would be that I mentioned when I signed up, that my Mom has some memory issues and I wanted the Merry Maid to be made aware of this before she came out. This information wasn't passed on because when I mentioned it to her, she was a little shocked and wanted to know if my Mom would remember her.

I like the services the Merry Maids provides because the Staff do a complete and thorough cleaning. Upon arriving they ask me to do a walk through to show them what I want done. They are very efficient meaning they don't waste time while on the job. The products are good and when the Staff leaves my home smells good and very fresh.
