As a first time user, I was very impressed by the level of energy and thoroughness of the team member, Cheyanne. I was able to view the non-stop 5 hour session since I had to admit the team member to a friend's apartment. I was further impressed by the supervisor visit about 75% into the session to check to ensure the client is satisfied.
