I can hardily recommend the Merry Maids. They are reliable and that is really important to me. If one person is sick or unable to come, another competent person takes their place. If you have only one person, their teenage children are not satisfactory.

This is just between you and me ... on August 6th a NEW MM Team came to my home. It appears that my usual team were under the weather (??!??!?!) and my house had to be added on to another team, who appeared to be a little out of sorts a bit ... understandable. Also one of the team of three had left the vacume at the last house, "WHO did it and WHO was going to return to retrieve it!!???"! However, the NEW team did do the expected good job.

Our Merry Maids team, Maria and Celia, was on time and ready to start working. They were super friendly and worked together very efficiently. We were impressed with how the house sparkled when they were through. The cleaning products used did a great job, didn't leave a film on counters or glass, and everything still smells fresh several days later. We're looking forward to our continued housekeeping service.
Trinity did an very good job cleaning my home. Trinity cleaned all the areas that I requested and even through in a few little extras that I did not expect. She deserves praise, please send her to me in my future cleanings if possible! :)

We liked Merry Maid's personal approach to their customers. Sheila came out to the property to give us a quote, and it was easier to explain what we needed to have done in our office in person versus other companies that consult with you over the phone and then try to upsell you for recurring business. We also liked that we could have everything done by one company: deep cleaning, windows, and upholstery. The convenience is so nice.
All the employees were professional and courteous, and we will be using them again in the future and referring them to other business and personal friends. Highly recommend Merry Maids, 10/10
