I appreciate Karissa's attention to detail and her very pleasant nature. She seems open to suggestions, like vacuuming the cat hair that accumulated in the 6 buttons on the ottoman! I like a few days a head they send reminders and tracking when your cleaning team is on the way with updates and time of arrival. Naomi arrives says good morning and to work right away. She is friendly pleasant and works very fast but does a good job. She makes sure to tell me she is leaving and will lock up. If I call the office for anything they are just as friendly, nice and caring as Naomi. They answer all questions and take care of you. I feel like they are just not my cleaning company but my friends also. The produce they use do a good job and cause no allergies which I have to some products but not what they use. I'm happy!
