The people are wonderful, and they do a very good job.
The cleaning team that comes in does an excellent job of cleaning. They only clean what you want and leave other spots alone. They are also aware of pets in the home and make sure that they do not get harmed or escape.

The gals worked really hard to get done what they could on my list.
I do want to communicate that the cleaners were under the impression that they had to complete my whole list, but that simply was not true. I had communicated during the estimate that I'd like to see how far they got but the expectation was never that the whole list would get done. I'm not sure this message got to them, and my husband had to communicate this while they were here. I hope they didn't feel bad that they did not finish the list, I was planning on scheduling another service for them to complete the work. I would recommend next time I schedule, that I have someone inspect my home to give an accurate picture of how long it will take to complete the list.

Merry Maids in Chico is an essential part of keeping our home clean! I am a very organized person that picks up the house a lot but my schedule is too busy to do a lot of the major surface cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Merry Maids does all the major scrubbing, wiping and mopping and helps keep our house looking fresh, new and clean. Everyone notices how clean our house is when they come over.
That the products don't smell bad I most times know at least one person who's been in my home and can trust everything is safe including my dogs it's a comfort to come home to my clean home
I have always been extremely satisfied with this cleaning service. They do a fabulous job and are very respectful of me as a client , and of my home. I've tried other cleaning services in the past.
