WE LOVE SAM AND ERIN! But God, you guys NEVER, EVER call us back from the office, no matter how many people I talk to, no matter how many times I call, no matter how many messages I leave. You make us feel like we don't matter at all as customers.
The first day was not done as scheduled. The time was supposed to be between 10 am & 1 pm. They only arrived at 1 pm. Other than that I was satisfied with the things that were cleaned. It looked & smelled very nice.
