I like the special clean rotation. Everyone I have talked with have been patient and helpful. I had the same person for over 20 years, so I am trying to learn your system. . The 4 people that have come to clean have been great. The one thing that is difficult for me is not knowing until 8:30 the day of a scheduled cleaning what time I can expect someone to come. It is the scheduling that kept me from rating the service a 9 and not a 10.

We have only had two cleans thus far, but the associates have been very kind. I appreciated them asking what type of cleaner we wanted them to use on our hardwood floors during the first visit. They put carpets and towels back in the correct loctions which was nice, and even folded them like you see in hotels. It's a nice touch.

I especially value the services of Rhonda. She cares about her customers and is focused on the job she does. She is a thorough and efficient cleaner. My place always looks, smells and feels really clean. She does the most professionally clean job of any of the Merry Maids I have had so far.

When the team is great the cleaning and experience is great. However, when people leave for various reasons then that experience is difficult to duplicate. Now that Stacey is gone I am hopeful that you give Michelle (the other half of my team) a great new partner (I have already told John that the last two you sent with Michele are not acceptable). You all have been very cooperative in trying to give me your best teams so I am confident that you will be able to find a terrific replacement for Stacey for Michelle. I love the maids and I love how my home smells after they leave. Especially love the stainless sink cleaner. Don't like how my name is spelled wrong on this email and any paper work I get. Don't like how I always get a machine when I call.
