I haven't been home during the cleanings, but when I come home, everything is nicely clean. No strong Lysol-ish smell, floors aren't wet. I have the feeling that things really have been thoughtfully cleaned.

You do a good, standard cleaning job and you meet contract requirements. You do not get a 10 because many extras, even mentioned as permanent requests, are not covered unless explicitly and repeatedly requested.
