The attention to detail!

Same old thing. Your vacuum's are not very good at picking up small items. You some new ones with better sucking up power. Any one who has come to my place complains about how bad they are. Besides which I get black marks on the walls as they go down the stair wells and black marks on the wall boards because they have to keep going back and forth and back and forth because they can't pick up because the suction isn't good. The girls are great but they need good equipment to do a top notch job.

Lindsay and Chris do a superb job in my home. My house is in order because of their hard work every week

The technicians were here promptly and were very organized with their equipment and supplies.

The products work OK, there was still a little residue in the toilet bowls.

My only complaint is that one of the girls, Bree, didn't listen, at all, to a couple of my instructions. I said don't empty the wastebaskets, tomorrow is Garbage Day in our house, and she emptied all of the wastebaskets on the second floor. I said don't refold the towels, this isn't a hotel and she refolded all of the towels on the second floor. April, who worked on the first floor, followed instructions exactly.

And it's not the fact that Bree refolded the towels, I just wish she had paid attention to what I asked.

But my house is clean and that's a good thing!

Thanks for doing ontime job for my sister when she was ill and me being 1500 miles away. Great help for her and great job by this service.

I liked the clean smell of vinegar and the disinfectants in the bathrooms.

The service was amazing. Merry Maids accommodated my first cleaning during their busy time at my request since I had an upcoming party. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. They did a spectacular job cleaning and were very informative. They even suggested I review all of the areas prior to their departure to see if I wanted anything else done or changed. It was my first cleaning and I will definitely continue on a biweekly basis. Even my two year old enjoyed their presence who they were also accommodating around.
