I love Merry Maids - they always do a great job cleaning. It is always a treat to come home on a cleaning day and find the floors vacuumed, the bed made, and the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. The only complaint is that I have two "on call" rooms, and have had difficulty scheduling their cleaning on two separate occasions. Still, I have had a good experience dealing with the office and with John.

I think that the overall professionalism and most importantly, cleanliness, of my apartment was top notch. Also, allowing someone that you don't know into your home when you're not there can be invasive and somewhat uncomfortable; that was not the case. I was at complete ease. My apartment was left looking great. I would and will be recommending Merry Maids, and Lindsay and Sherry specifically, to others.

As with everything, it is operator dependent. Our cleaning crew of one is simply excellent. She is professional, consistent, and efficient.
