The fresh smell and great job they do

Our initial cleaning was impeccable, and Tamela did an outstanding job! However, our second cleaning left much to be desired. She even scratched our sink TERRIBLY. I submitted an email with pictures, but have yet to receive a response. I can only assume this is a one-off situation, since our initial cleaning went so well.

Pay more attention to the cleaning of baseboards in rooms. I'm not sure if this is an additional cost but customers should be made aware of this.
