I especially liked the way the carpet smelled after it was vacuumed. The lady who vacuumed it mentioned that the vacuums you use had scent bars in them. I had not heard of vacuums that had scent bars, but these worked GREAT! The whole carpet not only looked great, but it SMELLED GREAT, too. So pleased with the job my Merry Maids did!

This was the first cleaning but the two ladies seemed to work very hard and did a nice job cleaning my home. I appreciate their friendly attitude toward my family and the note highlighting what was done and what will be done on the next visit. Baseboards shine again. Yeah!

Consistency of having the same person each week. Cora is great. I can definite tell if she is not on the team after a cleaning. I also like that I can easily call if I need a little extra attention on an area. Leslie has always been very accommodating any time I called and needed anything. Customer service is great.

Your reputation comes from the quality of personnel you employ. The Merry maid who cleans my condo does an excellent job and takes time to be thorough.

I requested to have the same maid always and I had the same great person since the start. I always get a phone call reminder call before the visit and a note after for my files. Kim does a very careful and competent job and is always on time or the office calls before to reschedule. Kim is very careful friendly. I would recommend this branch of the company as very well run.
