Kickboxing was a great work out. It was well structured from warm up to cool down. The instructor broke down the techniques so all skill levels could easily follow.

From the coaches to us students, the prevailing mission at Easton Longmont is to improve as a collective. Coaches and staff are kind and encouraging, and that gets reflected in the student community when experienced students stop what they're doing to help out newer students. I'm an active member of the E-L community now, but I wouldn't have embraced it the way I have if it wasn't for the inclusive and collaborative culture that's cultivated at Easton Longmont.

All the coaches are mindful of students and their varying degrees of Muay Thai and kickboxing experience. I ask a lot of questions and get a lot of well thought out answers.
