The service I like from Easton. Is when you ask questions they explain in detail and show demonstrations so you understand clearly. The way they keep you engaged by making jokes and entertaining. This is something I like about their service.
I have been in the martial arts to some degree for 38 years and have seriously and consistently trained for about 15 of those years, split between multiple countries and states. I’ve achieved a Master rank in my primary martial art. This broad exposure to not only my main art, but also to myriad other arts has developed in me an ability to recognize solid instruction and the underlying passion of instructors driving them to not only be expert technicians, but also to help others to improve while developing a healthy and supportive community. My exposure to Easton has been very short so I could be horribly wrong in my assessment, but so far, what I’ve seen has convinced me that using some of my very limited and valuable free time to train under their professors and coaches will be a good investment.

Great classes and coaches!
The customer service reps are friendly and helpful. The coaches are great and do a great job of serving a whole class while making sure my kid gets help when she needs. I love that the teenagers have been helping out and coaching alongside the coaches. It’s great to have those opportunities for them.

An overall a great place to workout and meet new people. There’s always room for even better improvement and services. If I have a concern all I ask is for the people there to have an incredibly open mind, to be heard and to be understood without any judgment whatsoever. We all can grow as individuals to be a better listener and communicators. I enjoy being in a positive environment and connecting with others.

Everyone was SO welcoming, took the time with us to get us acquainted to the space and what's happening. The coaches in class went OVER THE TOP to make sure each kid (mine included) were comfortable, learning, and growing. Absolutely AWESOME.
