Professionalism, I don’t have to go back and check to make sure everything is done to my standards. They come in and get started and finish in a timely manner. Also very dog friendly which means a lot to me as I have 3 dogs.

Since I have been a customer of Merry Maids, I have truly enjoyed not having to worry about household chores. I just recently had a baby and do to be able to focus on being the new parent to a newborn it’s like to have something’s taken off my back. They do a great job when they come and clean.

My condo smells clean when I walk through the front door.

My house is clean and smells good. I do think a more powerful vacuum cleaner could be used. When I use my own vacuum, you can see right away that the floor has been vacuumed by the tracks left. I don't see any of that with the vacuum used by the Merry Maids.

We love Kim and the great job she does. Dont know for sure what products you use. But I can tell you it smells fantastic. Reminds me of my grandmother's house right after she cleaned.

We are extremely happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of Tinika, who cleans for us weekly. We recently had Aysia fill in one week while Tinika was off. I didn't answer the survey that week because I was not able to leave a zero rating and because my normal experience is very different.
The products used are effective and don't leave a lingering smell.
I appreciate how quietly Tinika moves through the house.
I appreciate her timeliness. When I received a text message that she's on her way I can tell down to the minute when she will be arriving.
