Question...seems like they struggle with the new vaccums. Heavy and cumbersome. why change them to make their job more difficult?

This past cleaning was the best I have had in quite some time. Unfortunately it took leaving notes around the house about certain areas that are typically missed. If the service remains at this level, without notes, I would be very happy.

Like the extra effort put into two rooms each time. The extra attention is different each time, but we can really see the results.

i DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PRODUCTS ARE BUT THEY CLEAN AND SHINE THE KITCHEN BATHROOM . THE SERVICES ARE
GOOD - I WOULD PAY A BIT MORE FOR ADDITIONAL A LA CARTE SERVICES SUCH AS OVEN CLEANING AND DAMP MOPPING THE WOOD FLOORS.

First of all, the woman who comes to my house is very professional, efficient, and does a fantastic job. The cleaning products leave my house smelling clean and fresh without a overbearing odor. Also, MM has always been able to meet my special needs for additional cleaning services on special occasions. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

They do an excellent job, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have no idea how they get the faucets to sparkle and the mirrors are never streaked and you can practically eat off the floor!

The Merry Maids clean my elderly mother's apartment every two weeks. They do a thorough, good job and my mom reports that they are always very friendly. To my mind, the Merry Maids perform two services: they do the job that my mom is no longer able to do, and they turn a quiet day into something special.
