I've used Merry Maids for years and have always received high-quality cleaning with a trustworthy, pleasant staff - two very important factors. They are very reliable and call to confirm 2 days prior to their service date, which is very helpful to busy working clients. Office Manager and office staff, as well as cleaning staff, are all very accommodating with special requests and date changes.

I asked that no harsh chemicals be used to clean my home due to several types of allergies and the compliance is just what I asked for it to be.
I find the scheduling flexible when I need it to be and in the rare instances when my routine schedule cannot be met I have been notified well in advance.

Like any business, some employees are better than others but we've always been impressed with the folks from Merry Maids. If someone is not able to make it, the organization makes sure someone else fills in so that we still get the same high quality of service on the expected date.

The ladies did a grate job. They missed the vacuuming the upholstery and the kitchen cabinets.
