The last two women ( Stephanie and Lydia, I believe were their names?) were quite eager to show me the steps they had taken to clean our home and what still needed to be done. (perhaps we can have Stephanie and Lydia back in the future ?) They also had some very constructive suggestions.

95% of the folks who have come to care for my home did very good work. They were punctual, friendly, tidy and thorough. They took seriously my need to know what products were being used (because of family allergies). I have recommended Merry Maids.

I especially like having a clean bathroom and the cinnamon scent.

The ladies that come to visit my house are absolutely incredible. they've been coming for the past two weeks and I have absolutely no complaints!! They are professional courteous and work extremely well together. My favorite product you use is the cinnamon spray. That concoction is absolutely amazing.

The dependability of always having the service available and the flexibility of adjusting the schedule when necessary. For the most part I like the products. Some are a little stringent. I especially like the fact that Merry Maids provides the equipment and products.

My one main negative is the cost.
The cleaning is fine but not as complete as I would do it myself.

Lydia pays the utmost attention to detail and we love having her clean our home. We always feel confortable and secure knowing that Lydia will be there, and, as also an animal lover as well, is mindul of our cats!
