The three ladies who cleaned the residence worked diligently the whole time they were there and did a great job making the place sparkle (it had years of dirt and animal fur throughout). They cleaned top to bottom and made it sparkle! It saved me having to do this while dealing with other estate affairs. Life saver!

On Saturday, January 13, 2018, the cleaning crew dumped my brother's recycle bin from the house into the trash bin outside. They removed the trash can from inside the house to the outside and left it there. My brother is disabled and uses a walker to be mobile. Leaving the trash can outside was an inconvenience that my brother did not deserve.
Dumping recycles into the trash bin is not acceptable where mandatory recycling is involved. My fiance and myself had to remove broken glass from the trash dumpster, which is not acceptable. If the city were to find the recycles in the trash, my brother would be fined!
Thank you for sending another crew, who did a GOOD job. It's just unfortunate that this occurred.
