I like the systematic approach that Merry Maids uses. I'm very happy with Tammy. She does a great job and is always personable and friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of service is not consistant across the the entire workforce, which is the only reason I would be reluctant to recommend Merry Maids. I would recommend Tammy in a heartbeat.

I find that they can be trustworthy and very accomidsting to any extra things I want done. Very cheerful and can do what has to be done while talking and they dont waste time.

I love the fact that the cleaning of the kitchen is done with a degreasing agent as I cook frequently using olive oil. My floors squeak after they clean and I like that, so does my husband! The professionalism that the maids use is refreshing. I have submitted the business cards to four of my friends already and more are asking about the merry maids.

I like them being on time for each cleaning. I like the consistently good job I am getting. After they changed the type of vacuum cleaner it is now getting a much better job on done on the carpets. I do wish that I would get the same person most of the time since I believe it adds to continuity of the clean. I have had Merry Maids clean my house for many years and for the most part I have been very satisfied.

Mostly everything is done to my satisfaction. Plus, the "girls" are so nice and happy. They make me smile.

I love using bleach in the bathrooms. It gives them such a clean smell. They always look so good when Velia completes them. We like the cinnamon spray she uses when she is done cleaning to give the whole house a smell of fresh baked cinnamon bread cooking. Also, Velia is always on time and never fails to be very pleasant.

My home is consistently cleaned even if there are different people there and I don't ever have to worry about it.

The through cleaness that the house is left after Merry Maids have been in the home.

Manuela and Maria do an excellent job! I appreciate their arriving every two weeks to clean the house. They are the best!

Recently, I have needed to be a bit flexible in my schedule. Merry Maids has accomodated me on several occasions and it is appreciated. Rose and who ever she may or may not have with her do an excellent job and not only would I reccommend Merry Maids to another, I would have them request Rose.

I especialy like the friendlyness of the Veleta, the lady that does
the cleaning of our house. She finds things to clean that I never see.

When she leaves, the house has such a nice fragence.

I love that I can come home after going grocery shopping on Saturday afternoon and my house is sparkling clean. I have 4 kids and can't keep up with the housework. Knowing it will get done and done well is a huge relief.
