I used to enjoy seeing the same person coming for each cleaning. This provides a continuity which makes for a more efficient and thorough cleaning. For the past two to three months I have had a different person for each cleaning. I know you may have scheduling problems but I would sure appreciate it if you could make an effort for having at least a few coming that have been here before.

Having the same person cleaning your house results in a more efficient and satisfactory cleaning. This provides a way for the customer getting the cleaning to tell the cleaning person specific areas that is important to them to be cleaned. Right now I have a good working understanding with Marilyn of what areas I want cleaned as well as I did in the past with Victoria..
I do wish the cost was less however.

I appreciate the continuity realized by having the same person cleaning my house each time. This results in knowing what areas need extra attention and when they need it. I like whatever solution is being use on the kitchen sink. The sink really looks nice. Marilyn has this whole area looking really nice, the vertical blinds , window sill etc,.

I have used Merry Maids for over twenty five years The main reason is I have asked for the same cleaning person from week to week. This worked well previously with Victoria and is working out well now with Marilyn
