I would like to see the same smiling faces every time not people I'm not familiar with. Please don't send a single person out they don't know who is in the house.
For the price I expected the house to be cleaner. We had left a few dishes in the sink and they were still dirty when we got home, the trash in the bathroom wasn't taken out, still dust in shelves and in the corners. Nothing terrible, but just didn't seem to match what we paid.
The women are very proficient and speedy. I never find them wasting time.
I loved that they were able to get the stubborn rings out of my toilets and the water spots off the shower glass!

Merry Maids was quick to provide an estimate, as well as to schedule the cleaning. It felt so nice to come back to a deep-cleaned home, after just a few hours. I can tell they put a lot of care into their work and will definitely be scheduling regular cleanings with them.
Too much $$ for my budget.
We scheduled what we thought was a deep cleaning for $580 in preparation to list our house for sale. The office manager assured me that a team would arrive to make everything sparkle.
Two young girls arrived at the appointed time (not a team), and we were confused about what was to be done. I tried to call the office manager to clarify. The manager didn't call me back, but called the girls instead. I called a second time and was told that we hadn't scheduled a deep cleaning, and there was no time to upgrade.
I take responsibility for misunderstanding what I thought we had ordered, but can't make up for the poor job the two girls did. They were very nice but missed multiple windows, window sills and baseboards. For the price we paid, I had expected a much better job.
I'm sorry to leave such a poor review, but have to be honest in our experience. We sold the house but will go with a different company to clean after we move out. I'm sorry. :(

We just want you to be aware of this...before the Merry Maids came to our house, I cleared the countertops off, and one of the things I did was put my husband's cologne under the sink. He has a bottle of Giorgio Armani cologne, about $75 for the small bottle.
Later that day when he went to find it, it was gone. His two other bottles were there- of Calvin Klein, but not the expensive one. I know this sounds silly, but we have literally looked everywhere for it, when I know it was under his sink.
I'm not accusing one of the ladies of taking it, but I think you should know about it if other people report missing items.
