I feel comfortable with your workers having a key to my house and being there even when I am not at home. The work performed has always been acceptable and I have grown accustomed to the girls that have come to my house. It is for that reason I am not uncomfortable with the fact that I will have all new girls here the next time they come to clean and look forward to meeting them. I am sorry that Jennifer is leaving but know that everyone needs to expand their work experience particulary if it means more money.

Love the smell and how well the girls clean. If something isn't done well, all I have to do is call and they will come back. I have only had to do this once. I have been very pleased.

I like to come home every Thursday to a house that not only smells and looks clean, but IS really clean. I also like the fact that I have the same person doing my house for a number of years now. She knows my home and treats it like her own. Karon does a great job taking care of my home.

The ladies are always prompt, business centered and pleasant. I don't know what types of products are used; however, they don't scar furniture, they make the mirrors sparkle, and the house smells "clean."

Just like your motto...Relax. It's Done. I can relax about the hardest part of housework for me and focus on other areas of my life that need my attention.

The girls are excellent and cheerful and their work is always tops. My friends always comment on how lovely my home is and want to know how I manage to keep it so clean and I tell them about the Merry maids. They are trustworthy and I do not worry about them taking things in my home my last housekeeper did and we fired her and my daughter called Merry maid and now I will not use anyone else.

The employees are very thorough and I never have to worry about security. Very professional group.

My husband and I both work full time.. it's nice to come home to a clean house! They always do a great job. The only thing I would improve upon is to allow them to clean inside of cabinets (maybe if some sort of waiver was signed. everything is cleaned but when I open up my entertainment center, or bar the insides arent dusted.. I was told that this is because they are not allowed to.)

The ladies that cleaned our house are very friendly and courteous. They worked quietly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with the cleaning product used to clean the stainless steel appliances. The appliances looked brand new again. Thank you.

I enjoy the scent of the products used. I also appreciate that the cleaners take the time to leave a npte detailing what was their particular focus each week.

Efficient and thoroughly cleaned. The products are a mystery to me; however, they are used well, and there is no residue or streaks on mirrors or furniture.
