I think the services and the ladies cleaning is excellent. However, I am concerned about two situations, which I am sure are not the fault of ladies cleaning: 1. No consistent schedule (i.e. I have a difficult time programming my day, as I never know when they will arrive). 2. Adequate staffing (i.e. doing more with less is both hard on personnel and takes more time to be accomplished to the standards that Merry Maids adheres to). I am sure you are aware of the above points and must be experiencing high personnel turnover caused by moves, etc. However, just wanted to let you know I am aware and have been flexible.
