The cleaning service is a thorough job of cleaning, top to bottom. My home desperately needed that. I have recommended Merry Maids to a number of my friends who are married and the one central response from the wives is that the service is too expensive. I am a widower and feel the service is worth the cost since I don't want to have to do it myself or maybe I can's do it anymore. I have no complaint with the work the girls do for me.
My home is sparkling clean and all my friends comment on how they wish they could keep theirs so clean and I tell them "Merry Maids" did it for me. It smells good and not chemically like some detergents smell and the girls are always so nice!
I feel that the ladies that clean my home care about my family and pets. Our dog passed away last week and I wanted to let the ladies know - I figured they would wonder where he was. They left me a nice note about how sorry they were to hear of our loss and that yes they would have wondered where he was. I told them that my in-laws were coming in a few days and would they please put extra attention to a few details....they did a beautiful job as usual plus a little more! I Love Merry Maids = )
I still would like floors be cleaner in cures or corners of floors don't get cleaned very often. And all throw rugs vacuumed off.

Improvement needed on cleaning floors
I love their attention to detail and the fact that someone comes at the end of each service to check the house. Also, the products they use smell great. The office manager is always willing to change appointments when necessary to accomodate a special event at our house. They come with a high recommendation from me!

The wood floors look really nice and they dry quickly, which is very nice. I like the wood polish product used because of the cinnamon smell, but it can be overwhelming if too much is used. I have already recommended your services to a neighbor and you are cleaning her home today. I'm sure she will be just as pleased as I am.
