Every time the Maids visit our home, they do a professional, thorough job, going above and beyond when met with cleaning challenges --- and I have had a few of those! ;) The products they use are non-toxic and that's a boon with a household of sensitive pets and people. Every person I've met who has helped us over the years has been friendly, kind, and resourceful. Merry Maids takes care of the First name removed. Last name removed's Cabin located in Pollock Pines. Being that the foundation is located in San Francisco creates a task to keep it clean. However, thanks to Merry Maids we've be able to over come this obstacle. Secondly, Jennifer keeps us well informed about the cleaning being done and/if they're is a need to reschedule we're notified in a timely manner.

The girls arrive on time and are very efficient. I love the way my home looks & feels when they leave.

I think that the cleaners do a great job. They are consistent in how they clean and they work to make sure that our home is up to our expectations. I have never had a negative interaction with any of the cleaners; I know that we have used your services for years--I'm just not sure how many years! The housekeepers are here on time each week,they are willing to listen to any special requests or concerns and change the cleaning pattern accordingly. The products are specific for each task and do the job of cleaning the surfaces very well with a pleasant "clean" fragrance.

Consistency in cleaning.

your employees are thorough, and see the little things that have been there for a while, like melted candle wax on the mantle, and they fix it. The first time they cleaned the ceiling fan, which is very high up there, and was very dirty. They are friendly and nice to have in my home.

Merry Maids, Cameron Park, has cleaned our home for over a year. They are very thorough and go the extra mile to ensure a great result. There has been one occasion that I had to call to tell them the cleaning was not "up to par." In less than two days, a team was sent to correct the problem.
