I was impressed with everything the ladies did. The cleaning was superb. I did not like the smell of the product they used in the bathroom. Not sure what it was but I did not like it. I will definitely have them come back.

I like the efficiency and thoroughness of the cleaners. They always leave the place looking spotless and always do a little something extra. Sometimes there is a goof...like the stove dials being replaced backwards! Generally the cleaners are very careful. Your service is very helpful to us as older people. It is harder for us to clean as thoroughly as they do.

Great service and products

I like that the workers mostly take initiative to find things that need to to be done even if it is not something we specifically requested. At my household, we can use help wherever possible so it is always a great surprise to come home to a clean house and get to have progress made on new areas each time they come.

Staff were friendly, efficient, and quiet. The house looked (and smelled) great, and they got marks off my dishwasher I have never succeeded with using every product I could find. Bravo!

I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. They are very thorough and always ask if there is anything else they can address that may have been missed. Friendly & professional.
