The cleaning crew is very efficient, thorough, and often does little extras, like oiling wood. The cleaners are polite, and attend to task without wasting time. The result is a sparkling clean home that looks and smells clean.
Having been a customer for many years, I find the products to be of high quality for each purpose used to clean the different areas of our home. The wood cleaners are not filmy or oily, the shower/bathroom products keep the toilet and shower sparking clean without any traces of mildew and the kitchen products cut through oil and grease on the granite and metal surfaces leaving them shiney and clean. All the products have an outdoor fresh scent that is not perfumed. It's a genuine clean scent that is so welcomed as you walk into your freshly tended home.
I like that the ladies do such a thorough and dependable job. I also appreciate how prepared and how professional they are when I do see them. I also appreciate your office staff; Jennifer is so nice--when I listen to our messages and hear her voice, I think, "Oh good--tomorrow's cleaning day!" I like the fact that the wood was lemon-oiled in dusting. The team last cleaning did a nice job. Hard to say specifically what was good, the house just "felt" more clean - also by nature of the items (small kid toys) discovered in nooks and crannies I had overlooked. I am grateful. I hope the cleaning staff continue to pay close and diligent attention to the the cobwebs that are incessant out here (please continue to use our personal extended handle cobweb removing duster/tool for those hard to reach places)... and the spots of stuff that end up on the kitchen floor...(sometimes a little elbow grease is needed)... and kid markings on some of the doors and windows. Thank You! So grateful every tuesday when I come home to a clean house!
