The services are consistent. Merry Maids calls the day before they are due and gives you a one hour window. And they are here on time! They do an excellent job cleaning. Anything they move to dust under is put back in the same place. Nothing has ever been broken.
The products they use are excellent. They (the products) do the job they're supposed to and when they leave, my home smells so nice--clean and not a chemical or sweet smell.

You bring your own products except for wood floor cleaner so that is great. Also they are safe on my home furniture etc. The best in when you send same person to my house. Since I have a every two week schedule with rotating rooms, the person that comes, knows what I like and keeps track of what needs a basic cleaning or a deep cleaning depending on rotation. This works better for me and the girl cleaning.
