I love the fact I don't have to worry about being an employer - payroll, taxes, insurance etc.. I also love that I know exactly how my home will be cleaned every time. Plus, the "something extra" that is being done now is a nice surprise. The Merry Maids that clean my home are good, decent, honest, hard working women. I also love that some of the Merry Maids that have cleaned my house are now supervisors! Promoting hard work is a very good business model. When I come home on a day that Merry Maids has been there, everything looks and smells wonderful. The next question on this survey is a check box asking if it is ok to publicly share my name to promote Merry Maids. I am going to check "yes", but contact me first. I want to know what and how my name will be used. Thank you.

The staff were prompt and professional and did a wonderful job on the cleaning. The house was spotless and even the smallest details were cleaned. Beyond the wonderful job I noticed that all the staff seemed to really enjoy working together and were having a good time. They seemed to enjoy their work. I have already recommended Merry Maids to friends.

The cleaning personnel at Merry Maids have mostly delivered quality, trust, professionalism and attentiveness at nearly every scheduled cleaning. Recently we had a cleaning service that rated a ZERO. I notified Merry Maids and staff at the main office acted on the issue expeditiously. The cleaning issues were resolved promptly and fully met my expectations. We now have a new Merry Maids professional named Branda. As of to date, she is has been reliable and she definitely has an eye for detail. Since having Branda, my wife and I have always been left with the impression she places a great value on cleanliness. Branda in my opinion reflects Merry Maids in a most positive manner and she meets our cleaning expectations.
Merry Maids do not use harsh chemicals. What they do use leaves your home smelling very fresh and clean!
