Always Prompt, notification on prior day of arrival time. FANTASTIC cleaning, always looks spotless, Sarah is terrific. I feel so comfortable with Sarah and Merry Maids that I could go to a work meeting before Sarah arrived at my house, she made sure my 2 poodles were ok (they love her) and I came home to a spotless home. Best home service I've ever had.
Merry Maids uses natural cleaning ingredients. It smells like a lemony soft scent when they are finished. Not offending at all! In fact I like the scent of home when Merry Maids gets done cleaning!
I especially like the steam cleaning device used on my tile floors. I am sensitive/allergic to lots of flowery smelling cleaners and you don't use any on them!
The products have a clean, non-perfumey smell and they make everything sparkle. The service is outstanding. Everything is neat and clean. All knicknacks are replaced in the exact location. This is not important to me, but in talking to my friends, it is extremely important to them. Of course the women who clean are trustworthy and pleasant. They are really nice to my dog, which he appreciates.

Love the Oreck steam cleaner that is used on the tile floors in my house.
You actually clean the floors in the bathroom while kneeling so you can get behind the toilet and stuff. I like your maids--most of them are friendly and pleasant. I like the spray they use at the end--it makes my house smell like cinnamon. Basically I think you do a good job. my house always looks and smells so much cleaner after they come.

Merry Maids never use harsh chemicals. The crew are always friendly and wanting to please. They do an above the mark job cleaning! I trust them with my paintings, other delicate items and these items are always handled with care and cleaned right! I trust the crew with my home. They have never snooped, opened drawers, etc. Merry Maids is GREAT
