The confirmation call before service day is a helpful reminder. Moreover, being able to change the regular day or suspending service when we're away is terrific. The ladies are courteous, trustworthy, and efficient. I cannot speak to the products used except that I appreciate the addition of stainless steel cleaner to the arsenal of cleaners. The company might consider adding white vinegar to add to water for cleaning wood flooring.
I suggest, however, adding wiping out waste baskets as part of normal service. Attention to thorough cleaning under the toilet rim should be emphasized.
Over all, I give Merry Maids high marks for a valuable, appreciated service. Thank you, JG

The house truly feels clean when I walk through the door. It smells clean without overwhelming scent. Most importantly, the ladies who do my house meticulously vacuum, dust, etc. I can't recall a single time when I saw something they missed.
Visits are efficiently organized, and the team members are always friendly and obliging.
