Am I to provide the trash bags? They use my big garbage bags to line the small trash cans. I will buy the small bags but please do not use the big bags.

I like that you send a team and not just one person. I find the office very easy to communicate with. I don't know the cleaning products MM uses, but I know my house looks very clean after the ladies are through.

I don't think this is a very good survey. I don't see how you can get an adequate evaluation of your services with just two questions, unless the responder is willing to write an essay. The thing I like the best are the two ladies that come to the house. They are always very friendly. Other than the bathrooms and tile floors (which the productd are adquate)the products used are provided by me.

Service is reliable and professional. I am comfortable leaving a key outside when I cannot be at home during service. It's been an overall very good experience over the past two years. Thank you!
