One negative - something, usually a lamp or my laptop, is unplugged for the maids to plug in their vacuum cleaner in our family room. They almost always forget to plug the item back in before leaving.

The ladies are very quick and efficient. They usually are very thorough, although there have been times that I have felt they have not been as thorough as possible in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
