Very nice personelle. Relatively thorough job.

I like they have a set schedule but are flexible if need be. They let me know the day before what time to expect them and they are always on time. The cleaning team are friendly and do a great job. I believe their fees are reasonable and about the same as their competitors.

Clean and leave house smelling good!

I am very very pleased with your 2 woman crew. From the minute they arrived till their shift was over they worked non stop cleaning everything they said they would till it all sparkled. Both of these gals are an asset to Merry Maids. They were respectful and very careful with all my nick knacks. They brought all their own cleaning products and equipment. The cleaning products they used had a wonderful clean lemon scent. My house was so clean, my wood floors had a great shine, my carpets were vacuumed, my furniture was dusted and polished. My oven was clean as a whistle. My kitchen cabinets cleaned till they shined. I love Merry Maids.

Very professional and they stand behind their work. They arrive at time scheduled and are easy to get in touch with.

They were timely, friendly, caring and quick. We very understanding with my little dog. He loved to watch them and they showed him love. very kind.

John is the cleaning person assigned to my home. He is always on time. He does a great job, never wastes time and doesn’t bang up my furniture, base boards and floors. Greatly appreciated. It is ok to publicly my feed back but only my first name and general location not address or last name.

Hi, Becky and Sage were very polite and thorough with their explanation of what they were going to do last Monday.
We left them for two hours, and they texted me when finished. We met them outside by their car. When we stepped into the house it felt fresh and clean. All the floors were dust bunny free. Yay! I believe we're going to love this monthly service.

They greet me by my first name and are ready to make over my dog (which she loves)They get the job done in a timely manner!

They do a really good job and are always on time.

Staff are very kind and willing to do small extras. We are not that fussy and unfortunately we are messy people but the staff are quite willing to clean around stuff.

Excellent teams, work with a company, not an individual, so don't have to worry about scheduling, reliability, etc. Products are reasonable--not industrial strength so some cleaning is surface rather than removing tough/long-term dirt/stains. However, for biweekly cleaning, really just want the basics thoroughly covered and Merry Maids does this.
