We use Merry Maids at home and office - service is friendly, efficient, professional; especially at the office during working hours, MM team is low-key, unobtrusive; everything looks/feels "clean" afterward; more thorough dusting at home (e.g., objects on shelves, dressers, tables)-- might be only area for more work. Overall, excellent service, nice, conscientious teams.

Friendly teams do a good job, quick but thorough, unobtrusive, reliable; like the cinnamon spray (not sure you use this anymore); dusting objects on shelves and tables could be more complete; also do floors more regularly, but really, no complaints. MM nicely accommodates changes in our schedule; everything runs smoothly.

Efficient, on-time service, unobtrusive; cleans 90% or more, which is fine with us - we don't expect every last light fixture to be perfect. Our house feels clean, looks great when MM is finished. You used to use a cinnamon-scented spray, which we loved, but haven't smelled this for quite a while. We like the bi-weekly phone call as a reminder - and the MM staff is very responsive to any suggestions or requests for change. Thank you for excellent service!

I've very chemically sensitive and 3 out of 5 of your cleaning products didn't bother me at all. Merry Maids was willing to accommodate me by using my products for the 2 products that were a problem. All staff have been professional, friendly, and did and excellent job. My space has never been cleaner.

Diligent, polite, friendly workers, longer time on staff so you get to know them, not new people all the time; "deep cleaning" focus on a room each visit, so floor boards, light fixtures, etc. get cleaned; house feels 95% done. Would like to be able to specify a special project for each visit so that extra things, not on the general rotation, would get done, like cleaning out cupboards. Thank you for asking.
