Really know how to clean everything
My house just got the deep clean and just a couple item were missed. Nothing big but can’t score 100%.
Products and services fine - not hugely effective products (not industrial strength), but okay and team is always very good.

Sidney was wonderful. She communicated with me promptly. She went over and above with a problem that we could not address ourselves. We would definately use Merry Maids again.
The maids were very efficient and courteous.
Maids arrived before time scheduled and assessed work that needed to be done and independently started in different sections of the house. Advised me of the best location where I could remain while cleaning was done. Worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job of cleaning all the areas that were specified;.

I would like for the employees to be consistent in the work ect that they do but Of course everyone's different and more people r more through than others one thing I Do really appreciate is they are consistent in showing up when and on the days they r expected
So tolerant of my piles of stuff on tables and furniture. I’m quite diabled now and cannot do the tidying I would like to. I’m mostly concerned with cleaning floors, bathrooms and kitchen where they do an excellent job.
