My house is clean when they are finished and if I happen to be there the cleaner/cleaners are friendly and polite.

The house always smells nice and clean when they leave. I love the sparkle of the floors. The teams have all been nice and friendly.

There were a lot of areas that were cleaned that I didn't really think about until they were cleaned and even though there were a couple of areas that I wasn't happy with after the initial cleaning they were taken care of within a day beyond my satisfaction.

The maids did a great shop of cleaning my home to perfection.

The young lady that cleaned for us the last two times did an excellent job! This is what I expect each time but don't always get. I understand employee retention is a problem but would love some consistency in our cleaning.

first of all, i highly recommend Claudia as a member of your team. she is professional, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. she has been in our home several times and our house always looks the best when she leaves. she never forgets any minor detail. i also like the fact that other team members do a thorough job and i rarely have to have them come back. i don't know about the products used, but there is never a toxic scent in the air when the team is here or when they leave. i have been really happy with Merry Maids!

I find that some of the MM staff do a outstanding cleaning & some just do a basic cleaning, there needs to be more consistent training so all MM staff are at the same level.

I like when I come home and the floor is shiny and the house smells clean. If you can dust a bit more. Attention to little details like baseboards would be great.
